Great texture. The omelets are easy to make. I have learned to make the ingredients close to the microwave - or even in the microwave so I don't spill them when I put them in the microwave. I was surprised that when I added things like peppers or onions at the middle stage of cooking they came out cooked and not raw tasting. I came here hoping to find more recipe suggestions..
